Core Cycle Studios barre classes are a low impact exercise and full-body workout using the ballet barre and light weights that combines small precise muscle movements and isometric holds to strengthen, sculpt, and ignite the body.

This targeted workout series ranging in 45-60 minute classes will give you a long, lean, frame and dancer’s body.

If you're new to the world of barre, we break down the basics in our Tuck Newbie classes. For serious barre buffs, we offer Tuck45, Tuck60, and Beyond Barre classes.


Here's what to expect from Tuck45, Tuck60, and Beyond Barre Classes:

Classes Offered

 

Core Barre Core

Core Barre is a targeted workout series that is thoughtfully designed around low impact exercise combined with isometric movement to create incredible results. We use the ballet barre and other small props to move you through the class.  You will leave feeling leaner, toned, and definitely stronger.

 

POWERbarre 

POWERbarre class is infused with more cardio! POWERbarre class is designed around barre techniques combined with interval training to elevate your heart rate, and to build strength and endurance. Your muscles will shake as you get strong with each class!  Cross Training Shoes Encouraged.

 

Core STRETCHbarre

A 60 minutes class designed to liberate the body, mind and spirit through one class. This class was designed to create length in your body, it will enhance your flexibility, strength and balance in this very dynamic practice. It will build power in your legs, upper body and core, while opening up areas of tightness in your hips and shoulders. This class teaches the “basics” – the foundational poses, breathing techniques and philosophies of yoga incorporated with Barre techniques. 

Core Fusion (Cycle + Barre) 

Cycle & Barre. Fusion style classes are designed to deliver a comprehensive, full body workout while helping us exercise all the muscle groups. This class is designed around two features - cycle and then we target arms and abs or stretching in the second section of the class.  The class utilizes two studios rooms for torching calories and giving you the ultimate experience.

 

SoulBody Barre

SoulBody Barre is a more athletic approach to Barre Class. Modifications are offered throughout each exercise, so, this class can be for anybody and especially for runners and cyclists. You will exercise opposing muscle groups to ensure a whole body workout! The class is choreographed to motivating music that assures balanced movements on either side of the body... and helps push you through the burn!
