This ALL LEVELS workshop has been designed to build strength and stability in your yoga practice.
Join Ali @freckled_yogi for a 90 minute yoga practice followed by questions & answers with some snacks, beverages, and giveaways!
The first 30 minutes of class will be a slow-moving vinyasa style sequence specifically designed to prepare your body for a back bend practice. Postures will be sequenced to focus on warming the muscles around the spine to prepare the body for back bends.
Then the class will focus on 30 minutes of building internal heat with a unique combination of yoga based strength drills. Handouts of the drills will be provided for the class.
The final 30 minutes of the yoga practice will be spent working on a number of heart openers from Upwards Facing dog, to bow pose, to dancer, and more. There will be modifications specifically offered to accommodate beginners & advanced practitioners.
